Privacy covers information this website handles. Terms cover use of the site. Messaging covers text messages, if an operating entity ever sends them.

A contract, invoice, W-9, or payment account names a legal entity. If that name is not on the document, the website does not fill the gap. A brand is not a party until a contract says it is. Companies marked in development do not take payment through this site. NxtSpin is live and its system is still initializing. FraudQuitam is software in development, not a law firm.
