Messaging
Texts, if we ever send them.
Effective October 13, 2026 · Axiom & Alloy, Inc. · Texas
Current posture
This parent website does not send texts. A live company may text its own customers only under a program described at the moment of consent, on its own property — not as a blank campaign on this page. Companies marked in development do not send messages. If a program is described here later, it will name the sending entity, the purpose, and the frequency before the first text.
Opt-in
A text program would require a separate, unchecked consent — not a condition of reading this site, and not bundled into accepting these terms. Consent would name the entity, what the messages are about, and how often they come. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out and help
If a program is live, reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Those replies would go to the number that texted you. A cancellation applies to that program, not to a contract you signed for something else.
Numbers are not a product
Mobile numbers are not sold. They are not shared with third parties for those parties’ own marketing. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
What we will not do
We will not point a messaging campaign at a company that is in development, and we will not describe a campaign in vague terms so that a registration looks further along than the work is.
