Terms

Using this site.

Effective October 13, 2026 · Axiom & Alloy, Inc. · Texas

Agreement

By using the Axiom & Alloy website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. A separate contract with a subsidiary, if you have one, governs that work. These terms do not rewrite it.

No offer

Pages describe the parent and the companies it has named. They are not an offer to sell a product, a security, a note, or a membership. UnPile, BeBella, and Motive & Myth publish their own offers on their own sites. NxtSpin is live and still initializing. The fourteen companies marked in development are not open for orders.

Accuracy

We aim to describe the structure as it is. A page can lag a filing. Formation documents and the contract control over a sentence on the website. Do not rely on this site as the only proof that an entity exists or that it can take a payment.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, scrape in a way that degrades, or misrepresent the site. Do not present a company marked in development as if it were taking orders. Do not send unlawful material through any channel associated with the group.

Intellectual property

The text, mark, and layout of this site belong to Axiom & Alloy, Inc. or are used with permission. You may link to a page. You may not copy the site and present it as your own.

Disclaimers

The site is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for decisions you make solely from reading a page — including opening an account, sending money, or relying on a company this site has marked as early or unnamed.

Limitation

To the extent the law allows, liability arising out of use of the website is limited to one hundred dollars. This limit does not apply where the law forbids it, and it does not limit liability under a separate signed contract with a subsidiary.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Texas law. Courts located in Harris County, Texas are the venue for a dispute about the website, unless a statute says otherwise. You and the company waive a jury trial for claims arising only from these website terms, to the extent that waiver is enforceable.
